Please ensure you provide a valid email address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect email addresses.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and instant access upon purchase, refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase in case of verified technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the product.
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Failure to read the product description
- Not liking the content after purchase
- Already having similar knowledge
- Requests made after 30 days from purchase date
If you experience technical issues with downloading or accessing your purchase within 30 days, please contact us immediately at systematictheologyforkids@gmail.com and we will first attempt to resolve the technical problem. Refunds are issued only if the technical issue cannot be resolved.
